What is the name of the motorcycle accessory where there is a basket for the child and shopping on the forehead?

I was in Amsterdam and I Having a bike with a car as an attachment. It was wooden and had a small bench where children could sit. I did not have the name of it and have been searching online for it but could not locate anything like that.

If the thing you saw was wooden, I guess was homemade. However, if by "car like" you mean that was something towed behind the bike, then there are many those available, and I guarantee you they are safer and more comfortable than anything made of wood. They are usually mild, have a complete picture around them and five point harnesses to protect children in an accident, have rain / wind covers, room for one or two children plus a certain margin freight, and are designed for "normal driving" which means they can go 20 + km / h, and did not have much effect on the tow bicycle. Although the wood you saw may be cute, I guess it would be heavy and uncomfortable for children, and totally unfit for anything but walking speed in an area with little or no cars (especially the U.S. where cars are generally not looking for bikes). If by "shopping on the forehead" you want say this was on the front of the bike (above the front wheel), then I'd say it's a bad idea. Unless the bike has been specially designed to have the goods in front (very rare in the United States, but more frequently abroad), adding this kind of weight on the front causes the bike to steer very unpredictable. It will also expose the child to full impact with any type of crash. Even hitting a dog or a small sidewalk speed would be a problem because the extra weight at the front would tend to step in front of the motorcycle over the bar. I
