What a comfortable seat for a bike commuter lying?
I intend to purchase the Kentfield Marin I took it for a test ride yesterday and I really enjoyed the tour it provides. Whats more light, I would like to buy if they had been able to offer me the sale price in advance, unfortunately, they told me I could buy now and receive in-store credit later. As tempting as it may seem, I did not buy something without knowing that I would spend that much in the accessories. Anyway, the bike was a real nice comfortable ride, except that I feel I'll probably have to replace the seat. Someone has a suggestion that I should looking to buy? or suggestions about features I should look for? Or is it one of these situations to feel and see? Thank you in advance.
There is only one type of seat to buy. Everyone is wrong! A hard leather seats, narrow, no source is the MOST comfortable seat, you can get! Sound ridiculous? It is not. Hard leather feels terrible for the first three weeks of riding two or constant, but once you break in you Never drive anything else. Why do you use a top end to the cycles always sold without a seat (or pedals, but it is a another story)? A normal. plastic (or other) shell with padding will always be hot spots – places where the bones press at one point. shell seats Padded can not prevent it completely. A finished leather seat is molded to irregular contours of your back and act like a hammock supporting the buttocks so uniform throughout the length of the seat. No hot spots. Narrow is better to avoid friction. The difference between supporting a fat head and a close is insignificant. Chafing, second occurs if the seat is a bit too big. A bulb is out there ………… slightly unpleasant. Springs only add weight. The first important and they bump down ALL, which is the same as no sources. hard leather rebounds naturally (It must be difficult to support all your body weight) and can not, by definition, low (aïe! no pun there). This is all justified in wanting to ride. If you can ride 5 miles each, three times a summer, then get a Spenco gel cover for your regular seat. If you ride to or more than three weeks in total, one hour each per season, so it's worth it to get a seat in genuine leather. So they take a lot of time to break in and they are incredibly expensive: you can easily spend $ 200 on a leper, or a Brooks or Ideale. Is it any wonder that they are not exactly popular? But the good news is that with the less care they last forever. And if you look closely, you can take a candy Brooks saddle really been a year of thirty years, 100 million Raleigh a garage sale. I guarantee if you get one, new or used, and break law and take care of it, you'll pass a motorcycle until the day you stop riding.
