the most valuable accessory for me when I was doing 200 a day was a good cycling cap, prevents the sun and wind in your own eyes, and a towel Travel to wipe sweat. and 2 sheets, you do not need a trend, tarps are better and much lighter than tents. sure that your tires are at an optimum pressure, and you tire boots, and at least one spare tube, and all the major tools. it is difficult to say without knowing the field or if the climate.
